About this event

UNLEASH YOUR INNER VIXEN - 90 minute Introduction to Burlesque Workshop focusing on positivity, reconnecting with your body, and embracing a more confident you.

CLASS IS LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE

Come spend 90 minutes soaking up some positive vibes, reconnecting with your body, and embracing a more confident you. You’ll find a new sense of empowerment and fun by unleashing the part of you that never gets a chance to come out and play!

I’ll guide you through my personally created program “Vixen DeVille's Core Concepts of Burlesque,” where you’ll learn the mindset and techniques behind a magnetically engaging solo burlesque performer.

We’ll then explore a variety of “burlesque characters” and rediscover what characteristics are hiding within ourselves. Uncover the traits we’ve all learned to bury in our everyday lives and free your inner vixen.

Come play,

explore,

and celebrate.

Be who you want to be,

be who you are,

and learn to share the gift that is you with the world.

This Introductory session will cover:

  • Basic Burlesque Moves
  • Confidence in ‘Being Seen’
  • Vixen DeVille’s “Core Concepts” of Magnetic Charisma
  • Alter-Ego and Character Exploration.
  • Presentation & Play: Rapport with your audience

Discover what unique qualities you as an individual naturally bring to the stage/into a room and how to manipulate these to your advantage both as a performer and in everyday life.

* FEEL EXHILARATED about presenting your TRUE SELF…

…the amazing you, the one you didn’t realize existed, or are too scared to let out.

*Shed your skin of past identities and explore who you are NOW.

*Break down your mental barriers of being judged, not being accepted, not feeling good enough.

*Learn to accept, own, and ultimately celebrate what you have, and who you are!

Student Testimonials:

Dawn Angelicca - June 2020

"I feel so empowered after taking this class! Cat/Vixen did a great job of getting us comfortable and proud to be in our bodies! She gave great feedback on what we were doing and coached us through basic burlesque movements. I had a blast and will definitely take another class!"

Tashera · May 2020

"Fabulous experience. Cat/Vixen taught the theory and movement behind burlesque archetypes in an academic way that encouraged us to explore our own expression. She flipped the script on burlesque; it was not about “dancing sexy” for others, but about celebrating ourselves, through which our innate sexuality can shine."

Elizabeth · May 2020

"If you’re curious, but nervous to step out, just do it! No prior dancing or performance experience needed. Cat made us feel comfortable and more importantly, we had fun! It wasn’t just learning steps to do burlesque. You get some of that for sure. But you get the mindset and tricks to feel confident and own you, even the parts you don’t like. Her teachings made me realize it was about confidence that could be used on a stage, in the bedroom or networking a room."
